Who we are
nnovate.com is run by Neo Nnovate Ltd. ("Nnovate", "we"), a company in Trinidad and Tobago. For anything about this notice or your information, write to info@nnovate.com.
When you contact us
If you send an enquiry through the contact form or by email, we receive your name, company, work email and message. The form opens your own email app, so your message reaches us as an ordinary email.
We use these details only to reply and, if you go ahead, to discuss and deliver the work. We do not sell them, add you to a mailing list without asking, or share them outside Nnovate except with the services we use to run our email. We keep enquiries for as long as we need them for that conversation and any engagement that follows, then delete them.
Analytics
We use Microsoft Clarity to understand how visitors use this site: which pages are read, where people click and scroll, and where the site gets in their way. It helps us improve the site. Clarity does not tell us who you are.
- Before you choose, Clarity runs without cookies. Each page view is counted on its own and nothing is stored in your browser.
- If you accept analytics cookies, Clarity sets cookies so it can connect the pages you view during a visit and across visits.
- If you decline, Clarity sets no cookies and removes any it set before.
- Text typed into forms is masked and not recorded. We do not use Clarity for advertising.

Cookies and browser storage
This site sets no cookies unless you accept analytics cookies. It stores two small settings in your browser, which never leave it: your light or dark theme, and your cookie choice.

Hosting and security
The site is hosted on Microsoft Azure. Like any web host, Azure handles technical details such as your IP address and browser type to deliver pages and protect the service. We do not use these to identify you.
Your choices and rights
You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to how we use it. Write to info@nnovate.com and we will reply within 30 days. You also have the rights given to you by the data protection law that applies where you live.
Changes to this notice
If we change how we handle information on this site, we will update this page and the date at the top.
